The Government Rooms
Trade Room
Trade can also be clicked by Vice-Presidents/Premiers and Treasury Officers.
Once they click on trade, they are sent to the trade screen. Here they can do
whatever they like but cannot make deals with allied leaders without a password
that is created by the President/Prime Minister.
Once they obtain the password from the President/Prime Minister, the Vice- Presidents/Premiers
or Treasury Officers can set deals to be sent to allies and what you wish in
return. The President/Prime Minister of the allied country your trying to trade
with will then receive 1 personal news with the option of accepting or rejecting
the offer. *Without the password, the Vice-President and Treasury Officer cannot
make deals with other countries.*

Vice- Presidents/Premiers and War Commanders can all press declare war on any
