Your Territory Status

The main menu is the first screen you see when you login. It gives you a brief overview of your kingdom status including resources, tax rates and military units. There is an indicator that reads DEFCON 5,4,3,2, and 1. This indicates what level of DEFCON warning your country currently sitting at.

DEFCON 5 : +15% Income bonus
DEFCON 4 : +10% Income bonus
DEFCON 3 : +5% Income bonus
DEFCON 2 : -5% Income bonus
DEFCON 1 : -10% Income bonus

Income being Population,Money,power for all Players in your country

You can only make WAR at DEFCON 1
you can attack at any DEFCON lvl but only in WAR can you attack people less than 1/3 your Networth.

Your President/Prime Minister can change the level of DEFCON at anytime. With a password from the President/Prime Minister the Vice-President/Premier and Secretary of State or Secretary of Defense can change the level of DEFCON status as well. It can also be set if another country not allied with you declares war on your country.
