Here are all the functions that members in a country can have, there can be only one member on one function, and only the leader of the country (president or prime minister depending on the country) can give these functions.

President/Prime Minister:

• 15% Attack/ Defense Bonus
• Full access to war room
• Can send resources from treasury to country members
• Can alter or change any country settings
• Can change alliance options
• Can trade or wage war

Vice-President/Deputy Prime Minister:

• 10% Attack/ Defense Bonus
• Full access to war and trade room
• Can change alliance options
• Can trade and wage war
• Can send resources from treasury to country members

Secretary of State:

• 5% Attack/ Defense Bonus
• Access to war and trade room with password
• Can change alliance options
• Can trade and wage war with password

Secretary of Defense:

• 10% Defense Bonus
• Access to war room with password
• Can wage war with password

Ground Force Commander:

• 7% Land Attack/Defense Bonus(Applied to attack points after other bonuses are awarded)
• 7% Human Attack/Defense Bonus(Applied to attack points after other bonuses are awarded)
• Access to war room with password
• Can wage war with password

Air Force Commander:

• 7% Air Attack/Defense Bonus(Applied to attack points after other bonuses are awarded)
• Access to war room with password
• Can wage war with password

Foreign Affairs Ministor:

• Access to war and trade room with password
• Can wage war
• Can trade with countries
• Can change alliance politics

Secretary of Treasury:

• Access to trade room with password
• Can trade with countries
• Can send resources from treasury to countrymembers (except himself)
