State Leaders:

You need state leaders to keep your members at bay. The state leader is also incharge of keeping the state forums clean and easy to read. Once a state leader is elected they have the option of picking there vice-state leader. The state leaders get a 10% defense bonus for normal attacks.

Voting:

To vote for a State Leader select the name of the kingdom you wish to be leader in the pull down menu, then click on change vote. This will add + one to whoever your voting for. The kingdom with the most votes automatically becomes State Leader.

State Leader Tools:

If you are state leader, in addition to having the above options, you will also have 3 additional options. The first option will be to choose a name for your state. Simply type in the name you wish the state to be called (the name that is displayed at the top of the state under Your State) and click Change Name. The state name will then be changed. If you wish to change it again, you can return to this menu at any time, and change it whenever you like.

Your second option is you can change the log in message for your state. This message will be displayed at the bottom of the Menu . Type in the message you wish to be displayed and then click Submit Login Message.

Your last option as state leader is to choice your vice-state leader who will help moderate the forums for you. The VSL can delete threads from the state forums that are inactive and of no use, they also get a 5% defense bonus against normal attacks. Since the SL shows up yellow to everyone to see, the thing about the VSL, they are unknown to everyone outside the state.

Send Resources to Treasury:

This button allows state members to send money and population to their country treasury. Since members cannot fire missiles, completed missiles automatically goto the treasury.
