Rules and Regulations

  1. Accounts
    Players are allowed One (1) account per server. If a player is found to have multiple accounts on a single server, all accounts that are identified to have been used on that computer and/or IP address will be locked and deleted unless previously cleared with a member of the Administration or Moderation teams (See NOTE below).

    We strongly prohibit account sharing (this also includes watching accounts for friends) or swapping accounts to get into another state. In addition remaking an account to get into another alliance, country or state is also prohibited.

    Scripts or bots are not allowed to be used to log into your account to manage it for you. If we detect that you are using a script or bot, your IP address will be permanently banned. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    User names (including kingdom and ruler) MUST NOT be easily confused with the names of members of the Administration or Moderation teams. If you name is deemed to fall into this classification, you will be required to change it or have your account removed from the game. It is your responsibility to know who the administration and moderation team members are as to not break this provision of the rules.

    NOTE: If you have a family member who also wants to play, please inform the administration BEFORE they signup to prevent your account from being locked by mistake. Or if you are playing from a SCHOOL, OFFICE or any other location where a single IP address may be shared by multiple computers and/or users, let the administrators or moderators know when you signup.

  2. Disallowed Activities
  3. Clan Membership
    Members of clans are presently welcome to play on the game.

  4. Banned Players
    Players who are banned will remain banned indefinitely. Any banned player who is found to have circumvented the ban will be deleted without question. If this does occur, the Administration team may decide to increase the banned IP to a range of IP's to prevent said player from accessing the game again.

  5. Cursing/Swearing & Profanity
    Use of any language that would be considered inappropriate to say in an educational institution or religious institution is disallowed. This includes, but is not limited to, swears or curses, cussing, racist, sexist, or any other form of derogatory comment.

    The administration team will base all decisions regarding these types of messages on context and not necessarily the words used. This means using random characters such as #$!>%<*& to mask letters in the words will be punished as if the actual word was used.

    This is an online game used by players of all ages including students at various forms of schools. Therefore this rule MUST, and WILL BE enforced. Players who are reported for breaking this rule will face punishment, being any of:
    1. A temporary 24 hour lock from your account. During this time you account will be susceptible to attacks by other players
    2. Deletion of your account
    3. Being banned from the game permanently.

    If you feel your punishment is unfair, please contact the Administration team, however keep in mind the Administration's decisions are final.

  6. Abusing or Exploiting Bugs in the game
    Any players who are found to be abusing either the game by using a known or unknown bug will be deleted. Users who find such bugs are REQUIRED to inform the Administration or Moderation team IMMEDIATELY and to cease their actions until the issue has been dealt with. If a user reports discovering such a bug and ceases to use it, the Administration team will not delete that user. If a player who has been deleted previously for abusing a bug does so again, then that player will be banned from the game indefinitely.

  8. Referal System
    The referal system is designed to give existing players an opportunity to invite others to the game.

    Any players who are determined to be using the referal system for any purpose that is otherwise against the rules, including the creation of land farms and/or multi accounts will be locked, and banned from the game.

  9. Administration & Moderation Teams
    The Administration and Moderation teams are active in the game for the purpose of maintaining some form of order. Therefore, they should be treated with respect. Do not spam, abuse or slander them or your account may be locked, deleted or banned.

    If any player who is not a member of the Administration or Moderation teams claims to be as such, please let one of the real members know (A list of valid Administrators and Moderators can be found on the 'Contact an Admin' page in-game). These players will face immediate deletion for their actions.

    The Administration and Moderation team members are fair game and are open to attacks.

    It is the responsibility of the player to know who the Moderatation and Administration team members are. This information can be found on the 'Contact an Admin' page within the game.

  10. Changing of the Rules and Regulations
    The administration reserves the right to change any of the above Rules and Regulations without advance notice.
